Satin stainless steel pastry board, ideal for preparing any type of dough.
Unlike wood, steel has a perfectly smooth surface: the dough flows easily, without ever sticking. Thanks to the angled anti-slip edge, it is possible to place the Gi.Metal pastry board on any kitchen counter. To ensure maximum stability of the instrument, it is advisable to place the anti-slip mat included in the package between the pastry board and the work surface.
As stainless steel, it can also be used to place hot pots or pans or as a cutting board: extreme resistance to both heat and impact will be the salvation of the worktop. It has the ideal size for storing in the kitchen drawer when not in use and is super easy to clean.
The pastry board is embellished with the “Amica by Gi.Metal” lasered logo which makes it unique.

Cleaning and maintenance
It is possible to use any detergent, including the specific one for steel. Dishwasher safe. If abrasive sponges are used, the material may be scratched.
